Ms. Williams is a technology and business visionary with Senior IT Management and practical experience in planning, developing, and implementing cutting edge information technology solutions to address present as well as future business opportunities. Ms. Williams has Extensive knowledge in the development of strategic plans that identify and implement business value creation by driving transformational strategic plans for executive leadership, and the teams enlisted to execute on the plans. Oversight of IT operations project portfolio means more than identifying what our clients do today, it means identifying trends and how organic growth can increase revenues, as well as providing the cornerstone of potential intelligent acquisition(s). In addition, Ms. Williams has a proven track record integrating the benefits of IT services resolving business challenges while managing costs and mitigating risks. She has the ability to ensure that our clients IT strategic plan aligns with their overall corporate plan; providing direction to senior management on blossoming technologies. In previous assignments she was accountable for oversight of IT budgets, performance management, acquisition, quality plans and architecture. Ms. Williams has a record of success in developing adaptive IT solution architecture with pervasive infrastructure thereby streamlining the business proposal process. She is adept at problem-solving, negotiations, and fostering transparent client communications.
In addition to being the founder of Keisha Williams & Associates Consulting, LLC, Ms. Williams holds a Juris Doctorate with a specialization in Intellectual Property; M.S. Systems Engineering with concentration in Electrical Engineering; B.S. Electrical Engineering with concentration in Network Engineering. Ms. Williams completed the three year Lockheed Martin Management & Data Systems (M&DS) Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP Program), and worked for various large, mid-size and small organizations to include: The MITRE Corporation, a federally funded R&D company; GDAIS, AT&T Government Solutions, and Creative Technology, Inc.
